The Poetry of Your Soul

Yes, this is in reference to Milan Kundera’s magnificent title given to his novel, namely: “The Unbearable Lightness of Being”.

I have always been both fascinated and perplexed with this sentence; as to why does it have to be unbearable exactly?

Making abstraction of the story and anything about the author’s original intentions, my aim here is to focus on the following:

Deep within, I have always known that this lightness of being is in fact bearable and sustainable, since it is our very nature.

It may have been quite challenging to achieve and maintain a peaceful and joyful state of being during the past centuries in our incarnated bodies, even though we kept having the free will choice to focus our thoughts and feelings on what we chose to, and that, regardless of whether we thought the choice was ours or imposed on us.

But now that we remember this fact, i.e. that we are the deliberate free will creators of our own lives, it gets easier and fun to remain light and joyful, without getting stuck within the old paradigm anymore.

The bearable lightness of being

Are you feeling it?

Are you able to sustain it more and more within you regardless of what goes on around you?

Isn’t it amazing?

The shedding and transformation of the old has allowed our wiser and joyful childlike Essence to step forth and lead the way.

Ascension is the continuous ascending process into the ever higher frequencies – lightness – of Being, as we forgive ourselves and others; stop judging, criticizing and blaming ourselves and others; and allow Love and more of our true Selves to shine and lead our focus in every instant.

This is my new motto: The Sustainable Lightness of Being

And guess what: Magic happens all the time when we continuously choose to feel this way and approach life with a renewed innocence and childlike sense of awe and wonder.

Magic has never ceased to happen. We just forgot about it while our sight became blurred.

But now that our clarity is back…

Can you see all the gifts and blessings that are continuously pouring into your life?

I hope so, for I am certainly able to discover my own even though I do not always understand or know it all.

But why would we want that?

Surprises and magic happen because we allow and expect the best, without trying to control the outcome, the how, the when, and all the details. Source takes care of the rest. Magic operates.

We are constantly protected and supported to enjoy All That We Are.

All is well and perfect. Life is exhilarating as we keep on expanding forever more!
